1. Deposit of 50% required to confirm and secure chair cover hire. A tentative booking will be held for a period of 7 days, at which time will be released unless secured with your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings placed online are not confirmed until such time as a confirmation of hire is sent to client.
2. A bond of $200 is required to secure the supply of items. The bond will be returned to the client within 14 working days of the event, so long as all items are returned and are in good condition (see damages section). Any damage payments will be deducted automatically from the bond prior to its return. In the event that the damages exceed the bond clients will pay the associated charges within 7 working days.
3. Cancellations are accepted; however they must be in writing. Cancellations within 3 months prior to the event will incur the full invoice cost payable 7 days prior to scheduled event date.
4. Client is responsible solely for any damage (including loss, misplaced, torn or heavily soiled garments) from time of set-up to the return of items and will incur replacement cost as follows:
Chair Covers $45.00 per item & Sashes $25.00 per item
5. Final payment is required 7 days prior to the event. Items will not be supplied until payment is cleared.
6. Set up will be completed prior to the event start time (Liaison direct with venue for access times)
7. All items remain the property of Clear Image Projectors, prior, during and after the event, items are for hire only.
8. Terms & Conditions & prices are subject to change without notice. Final Invoice payments via Card incur 1.5% surcharge (deposits do not)
